Measuring Strategic Resilience
Phase 1 will help Hotels to recognize their current Strategic Resilience Level.
The measurement takes into account both Intra-firm and Inter-firm factors.
This allows hotels to learn more about their value proposition, organizational strategy, structure, and partners network, helping them redefine their business model in a more resilient way.
How to participate?
Hotels of any category and size can get involved.
To participate in Phase 1, access the link below, which will redirect you to a questionnaire through which your Hotel Strategic Resilience Level will be measured.
At the end of Phase 1, you will receive a Report containing the research results.
